Chandler Personnel is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued nursing agency clients, a trusted provider of healthcare staffing solutions across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
The agency specialises in supplying skilled nurses and carers to aged care and home care facilities, known for its responsive service, strong relationships, and people-first approach for over 30 years. Backed by an experienced operations and recruitment team, they pride themselves on delivering reliable, high-quality care staff who make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
They're now seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support their day-to-day operations , coordinating recruitment, rostering, and client care functions to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent client outcomes.You'll work closely key internal teams including rostering, recruitment and client care to maintain seamless communication, fill shifts efficiently, and uphold the high standards their clients and staff have come to expect.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflows across recruitment, compliance, and after-hours teams.
- Provide hands-on support for smooth shift coverage, especially during peak periods.
- Respond promptly to client queries, arranging team support or targeted training.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Ensure operational execution aligns with strategic goals and client expectations
- Track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support rollout of initiatives that boost team efficiency and client experience
- Stay up to date with aged care standards and compliance requirements

Experience & Skills
- Leadership or coordination experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Recruitment, rostering or nursing experience highly regarded.
- Familiarity with workforce scheduling, rostering systems, or recruitment CRMs.
- Operational awareness with ability to track performance and analyse data.
- Current Australian driver's licence (company car provided)
