Tell me about this role:
We are currently looking for a NV1 Project Workforce Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This varied role is essential to the success of the business. A strong Defence background is essential as well as a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on tasks that may be outside of your job description. Tasks associated with this role include workforce planning, project status reports, recruitment, development of work packages, stakeholder liaison and much more.
What will I be doing day to day?
- Support the long-term relationship and operation of the IWP contract, including service delivery (planning, monitoring and control, reporting);
- Manage requirements under the Statements of Work and subsequent resource updates, pricing updates and contract management
- Manage and coordinate assigned staff, SMEs and small business subcontractors in a fully integrated team approach
- Engage with client stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns
- End to end coordination of Statements of Work
- Facilitate recruitment, including candidate assessments, interviews, interview appraisals and client submissions
- Liaise with recruitment partners and submit new tasks on various online portals
- Assist with monthly reporting, including the facilitation and secretariat duties of the client performance reviews
- Identify and work with IWP team for continuous improvement opportunities across the Branch
What sort of skills do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in Defence project environment
- Workforce planning or recruitment experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
- Management or leadership experience (desirable)
- Contract or account management experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain and NV1 security clearance
