- 255057One of our clients within the government sector is seeking an experienced **Workforce Coordinator**.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with procurement team to educate and support senior leaders with contingent workforce processes
- Provide administrative support and coordination for events and workshops
- Manage employment suitability screening
- Coordinate and manage day 1 induction activities
- Monitor overall progress of onboarding tasks in Service Portal
- Maintain contingent workforce records in the HRIS
**Key Skills/ Experiences**:
- Experience in working with Procurement services
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of Recruitment life cycle
- Knowledge of HRIS Policies and procedures
- Strong Communication skills
