We are currently seeking a reliable, organised and friendly Virtual/Live Chat Support to join our team.
- **Position Overview**_

This position as an Virtual/Live Chat Support will be a team-based role where you will assist customers in real time, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or support (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with live chat software and tools is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
