Job Description

- Content Operations: Reformat and publish the weekly long‑form newsletter to the website; extract snippets for LinkedIn, X, and Substack; schedule basic posts.

- BDM/Outreach Support: Execute personalised LinkedIn and email outreach (using provided prompts/GPTs) to accountants, advisers, and prospects; track status and book meetings.

- Calendar & Admin: Coordinate coffee catch‑ups and online meetings; manage invites, reminders, and follow‑ups; maintain dynamic prospect lists.

- Events Research: Identify crypto, finance, and accounting events and conferences; summarise costs, locations, and dates; propose options and add approved items to the calendar.

- Light Video Edits: Apply simple edits to weekly recap videos (trim gaps, add captions, export, and repost to channels following a checklist).

- Market & Desk Research: Complete small research tasks as requested; present concise summaries and links/sources.

Must Haves

- This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

- Strong written English and attention to detail; comfortable with Australian English conventions.

- Proven reliability, responsiveness and structured communication (daily check‑ins, clear updates, on‑time delivery).

- Experience handling high‑volume, template‑driven outreach with light personalisation.

- Confidence in managing calendars, coordinating scheduling logistics, and maintaining organized records.

- Ability to follow checklists and SOPs precisely; proactive in spotting small process improvements.

Home Office Requirements

- Perfectly working headset and webcam

- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps

- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later

- Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

- A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
