Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Receptionist located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work from home acceptable. The Virtual Receptionist will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, transferring calls, booking appointments, and providing after-hours support. Additional tasks include using customized call scripts, delivering messages via SMS and email, managing on-call escalations, integrating CRM and lead capture, and ensuring lone worker safety monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties, including call answering and message taking
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and appointment scheduling
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a virtual receptionist role is a plus
