This business is a national integrator of a range of wireless communications solutions for a variety of environments.

They specialise in creating customised solutions for two-way radio voice, data and machine to machine technology. As well as safety technology such as gas detection, collision avoidance, emergency alarm systems, as well as other IOT enabled telemetry.

Their main industry verticals are mining, construction, transport, security, civil, manufacturing, warehousing, government and events.

**Position**

The role of **Sales Manager** is now available in the Melbourne office.

The role will see you taking over a portfolio of existing customers from the above listed verticals and acting as a trusted advisor, you will capitalise on opportunities to win new project sales from within the customer base.

You will represent the entire suite of solutions, with particular focus on mission critical communications.

You will also act as the 2IC to the VIC state manager, as a hands on sales manager you will mentor and help develop the success of the VIC sales team through setting strategy, tactics and sales methodologies to help develop further business and effectively manage the customer portfolio.

On offer is a salary of up to **$120k base + $20k car allowance + super + uncapped commissions,** with an expected total earnings of at least $200k p.a.

We are looking for a solution sales professional from within the communications technology sector. Your experience could be from selling radio communications, corporate/enterprise telecommunications, IOT technology, telemetry and telematics, or any other related sector.
