Amazon is growing at a phenomenal rate as we work to create an awesome shopping experience for Australians. If you'd like to help us build the number one place to find and buy anything online, then this role is for you.
We're looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team in Home & Leisure at Amazon's Third-Party Marketplace. You'll join an incredible team working with some of the top Selling Partners in the AU marketplace, with ample opportunity to grow and develop new skills.
Our team operates out of our CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and we also support flexible remote working. Amazon offers employees a competitive remuneration package, including participation in the company stock plan as applicable. We also look after our people with benefits, such as subsidized private health insurance, superannuation and paid parental leave options, amongst others.
Key job responsibilities
- Work with our top established Selling Partners in the Home & Leisure product family, helping to drive growth across multiple categories including home, lawn & garden, and appliances.
- Build and grow relationships a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and decision makers, from major Australian brands and retailers to Family-owned SMBs and Startups.
- Collaborate with Product and Program teams to help with Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising.
- Develop expertise in your category using internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer behaviours, trends and new opportunities.
- Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to help improve both Seller and Customer Experience.
A day in the life
About the team
The Home & Leisure team sits within the broader third party marketplace business. We are a high impact team and we manage some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs. We come from diverse professional, educational and cultural backgrounds, but we are all passionate about the experience of our customers and the success of our selling partners
We work hard, but we also enjoy taking time out to celebrate major milestones and achievements. Some of our recent activities include a harbor cruise, Korean BBQ and Karaoke.
