We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven **Account Manager** to join Fiskars Australia - home to some of the world’s most iconic lifestyle brands including **Georg Jensen**, **IITTALA, Waterford**, and **Wedgwood**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to achieve sales and margin targets
- Lead onboarding of new accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
- Oversee and maintain the B2B customer portal
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account support
- Develop and execute range reviews, launches and promotional programs
**About You**
You’re commercially savvy, results-driven, and passionate about premium brands. You enjoy building relationships and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Proven experience managing premium/luxury brand accounts
- Strong background in corporate sales or retail/wholesale account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of AU/NZ retail and wholesale markets
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
