About the role

We seek casual aged and disability support workers with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, with weekend opportunities.

You will assist with tasks such as:

- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Social and community access

Qualifications

About you

- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
- Current Driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Australian Federal Police Check
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Willingness to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs

The starting hourly rate is from $39 plus shift loadings and superannuation.

We provide ongoing support and supervision through our dedicated Care Coordination Team, which includes trained nurses.
