Our head office is located at Braemar, regional NSW, however there is also an opportunity to work intermittently from an office in Prestons, NSW.  There will also be a requirement to travel overseas regularly.

Requirement:

The Company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock & Inventory Operational Manager who has previously dealt with and has an understanding of all aspects of a Supply Chain. The role is responsible for managing and optimising the end-to-end operations across local and international facilities.

This position will also be responsible for the performance, development, and governance of a Philippines-based team, working in close partnership with our Australian-based leadership

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director, the position is responsible for:

  • Overseeing Stock Control
  • Monitoring production planning and output
  • Monitoring procurement
  • Coordinating and Monitoring Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Monitoring overseas staff, and ensuring accountability for their individual roles

About You:

  • Proven experience in an operations or business management role
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of operational systems
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with Australian-based leadership
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An ability to investigate and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in operational and business systems beneficial
  • Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build long-term capability, efficiency and accountability
  • A hardworking, flexible and driven individual
  • Accounting system savvy with strong Excel
  • Someone with a positive, proactive and solutions focused attitude
  • Have the ability to travel overseas with short notice
