**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are currently looking for a security cleared Project Support Officers to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a variety of tasks from HR to Finance as well as general administration and some project work.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of project plans, including, project schedules, and resource plans.
- Work closely with the project team to identify and implement solutions to any issues or risks that arise.
- Maintain project budgets and financial records, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and processing invoices.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports, including progress reports, status updates, and milestone reports.
- Assist with the preparation of project presentations and briefings for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project progress and highlighting any issues or risks.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- 2+ years of experience in project support or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience writing ministerial briefs
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Defence Industry or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum NV1 security clearance
