Project Support Officer

Vectiq is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join the ICTFit-out Projects Teamof one of our clients. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative, financial, and coordination support across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the projects.
- Manage project logistics including travel bookings, procurement, and scheduling.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and financial tracking reports.
- Collaborate with project teams, finance, and PMO.
- Monitor project expenditure.
- Carry out general operational and administrative duties.
About You
- Australian Citizen with NV2 or higher security clearance.
- Proven experience in a Project Support / Administration / Coordinationrole.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience managing project finances, budgets, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across APS and contractor teams.
- Prior experience in government or ICT project environments highly regarded.
