For this opportunity no Government Security Clearance is required, you will work as part of a small motivated team to reach Project goals.

**Reporting to the Program Manager, responsibilities of the Project Support Officer will include**:

- Provide general support to the Program Manager and Project Managers involved in the Program
- Prepare progress reports for governing committees for Program and/or Projects
- Manage logs for risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and lessons
- Provide secretariat support for Projects, including minutes actions, agendas
- Follow up actions with stakeholder through to closure
- Prepare Program or Project communications as required
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders on day-to-day matters, including vendor delivery partners
- Maintain Program/Project artefacts, SharePoint sites, and general information management
- Maintain Program/Project information in project management tools
- Good written communication skills
- Good personal relationship skills
- Good organisational skills
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Have a good understanding of Program and Project methodologies and frameworks
- Show initiative to solve issues
- Prince2 experience/knowledge is desirable
- Experience working in PMOs or delivery experience is desirable
