Project Support Officer opportunity in Canberra on a contracting basis.

**Your new company**
This Project Support Officer role is with a well known and highly sought after Federal Government Department located in Woden, due to upcoming requirements and new projects they are looking to onboard a skilled Project Support Officer ASAP.

**Your new role**
The role is responsible for providing a range of IT project support to deliver the outcomes of the project or projects. The IT Project Officer may be assigned to various projects and will support project managers to ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within the required timeframe. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges.
- Scheduling tasks and managing resources, as required.
- Assist in conducting Quality assurance activities.
- Organising meetings, meeting minutes and setting agendas.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive flexible working arrangements along with a contract through till EOFY with 12 month extension option. You will be in a Woden located office with access to paid parking as well as public transport routes.
