**About us**

Our Program Delivery Team is responsible for the design and delivery of information security projects, communication and change management, culture and outreach, training, and procurement.

**Position overview**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Support Officer performs a critical role supporting the project management, administration and communication activities associated with projects being delivered by the Information Security Office. As Project Support Officer you will work collaboratively within a multi-discipline team to plan and coordinate support for office activities, including liaising with stakeholders to establish timelines and resources requirements. Further, you will contribute to the implementation of a robust framework for business improvement projects, including the development of templates, policies and procedures that support the effective scoping, planning, initiation, coordination and evaluation of projects and planned activities.
