**About the Role**

Team Global Express are seeking a highly motivated and talented People Analytics and Governance Analyst to join our team. In this newly created position, as the People Analytics and Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by building and managing People related reporting analytics and governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support the prioritisation of People initiatives and assist with the management building real-time reports and dashboards on the Workday source platform or multi-sourced on Power Bi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and governance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
- Manage data integrity and security
- Leverage Workday and related data sources for all things reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely publication of BAU reports and Dashboards
- Review and test data quality
- Participate in various projects
- Identifying opportunities to design and develop automation of reporting and insights where possible.
- Extracting, interrogating, and cleansing data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Developing the reports and packs for the Monthly Business reviews, People and Remuneration Committee.
- Deriving insights from data and reporting to provide meaningful and actionable activities to drive business performance.
- Set up, automate and structure database on SQL

- 4-6 years experience in data analytics (experience in People analytics preferred)
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Workday - extracting data and building reports and dashboards
- High integrity and strong ethical credibility
- Able to provide data solutions
- Can work autonomously and in a team environment
- Driven and passionate about what you do
