**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute supply and production plans to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and financial goals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed to optimize production efficiency and minimize lead times.
Analyse production data and develop reports to track and improve production performance, including capacity utilization, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Manage the planning team, providing guidance and support to ensure that the team meets targets and goals.
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that raw materials and other supplies are available to meet production schedules.
Implement and maintain planning systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective demand planning and production scheduling.

**Problem-Solving**: The ability to identify and resolve planning and supply issues in a timely and efficient manner.

**Attention to Detail**: The ability to pay close attention to details and ensure that plans are accurate and complete.

**Time Management**: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to stay organized and on top of deadlines.

**Technical Skills**: Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

**Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to develop contingency plans as needed.

**Customer Focus**: The ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs

**Experiences**:
3+ years of experience in supply and production planning or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
Experience with MRP systems and planning software - Experience in Netstock is highly regarded.
Familiarity with manufacturing and quality principles and practices continuous improvement methodologies.
