**About the Opportunity**:
As the Accommodation Support Coordinator you will be managing front line venue queries related to accommodation as well as providing support to the Accommodation team with website/digital platforms, and other accommodation related administration. You will thrive in an environment where you are empowered to make autonomous decisions, whilst knowing you are also in a supportive team environment.

**A day in the life of an Accommodation Support Coordinator at ALH...**
- Looking after service desk support tickets
- General venue accommodation support requests relating to Online Travel Agents (OTA) bookings, payments and pricing
- RMS configuration set up and rate loading
- Onboarding new hotels to OTAs and various online platforms
- OTA content updates (Eg - update images and room type changes across multiple channels)
- Basic weekly and monthly reporting
- Update other online partner content and tourism platforms (EG - ATDW, Book Easy booking engine)

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Experience (3+years) in accommodation front office preferred
- Experience with an accommodation specific platform such as an OTA or PMS preferred
- Excellent Communication skill (both Written & Verbal)
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Self Motivated to get things done
- Positive CAN do attitude
- Problem Solver
