**THE COMPANY**:
Large strata management company located at Carlton who manage approx. 1,500 buildings.
**THE POSITION**:
Working in the compliance team of approx. 5 staff however part of the broader administration team of 18 staff. You will be challenged and rewarded in this role.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Data entry
- Mail merge of letters and correspondence
- General office admin
- Use of inhouse system
- MYOB experience, highly regarded
- Liaising with internal staff
- Organise fire safety inspections
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- MS Office - Intermediate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- organised and can prioritise
- High attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Can do attitude
**WORK TYPE**:Permanent Full Time
**SALARY**:$60-65K + Super
**HOURS**:Monday to Friday 9.00 am
- 5.00 pm
**LOCATION**:Carlton - Across road from train station or street parking available
**MUST BE AUSTRALIAN PERMANENT RESIDENT OR CITIZEN TO APPLY.
