Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role
The CEO is seeking a highly experienced EA to work alongside her in partnership. This role requires relevant experience at this level with the ability to work at pace, at times making decisions on behalf of the CEO and also managing all key stakeholders. This role also requires someone who is confident in their communications, researching, drafting, proofing and presenting. Working with a not for profit, salary will also include salary packaging, package circa $120,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diary and calendar scheduling
- Coordinating all travel arrangements including itineraries
- Minute taking and agendas for management meetings
- Preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Monitoring and prioritising incoming communications
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- General administrative and office support tasks as required
About You:
You are an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative with a solutions-focused mindset. Ideally, you will have experience within a for-purpose or not-for-profit organisation.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and other digital systems
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, professional, and proactive approach
