Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Lead, the P&C Administrator plays a vital role in delivering seamless support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and is passionate about creating a great employee experience. Responsibilities:

- Own and manage administrative processes across the employment lifecycle, including contract generation, onboarding coordination, and electronic filing.
- Maintain and update employee records in Dayforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to queries via the shared inbox, triaging and escalating as needed.
- Assist payroll with documentation and data entry as required.
- Interpret and apply company policies, providing guidance to employees and managers.
Skills:
- 2-4 years' experience in HR or administrative roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
