**Salary**: $79,032 - $86,539 p.a. (base salary, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary)

**Work type**: Full-Time - 35 hours per week

**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the People & Culture Team in the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

This role has responsibility for administrative and other related recruitment activities designed to identify, source and drive the early engagement of talent and provide timely coordination, support and advice on end-to-end recruitment activities (including onboarding) on behalf of the CSO.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated experience working in an in-house recruitment environment
- Demonstrated experience in the use of eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems

**About you**
- You have working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
- You have a high-level attention to detail and can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience using eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems (SuccessFactors and SAP are highly desirable)
- You have a growth mindset and willingness to learn from others
