We have an unique opportunity to join out Talent Acquisition Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in Sydney. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work with a collaborative and highly engaged HR team

This is a full-time fixed-term contract role for for 12 months.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with regional team members
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders across the business as you proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies
- Educate your key stakeholders on recruitment topics, including Recruitment training
- Support with our Employer Branding and University partnership's strategy

**What you need is**:

- 2 years' + of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of open positions concurrently and managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership
- Previous experience using an Application Tracking System
- Proactive recruitment approach - headhunting experience is ideal
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
