- About you? 3 + years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and an internal environment (GTM Hiring experience desirable)
- Proven ability to learn new technologies, and achieve outcomes
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- A passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journey
- Problem-solving abilities that help you overcome challenges and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrate Safety Culture’s values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
