**Based in North West Sydney**, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading high quality Manufacturing Fabrication Company in the important position of Manufacturing Manager.
The primary function of the role is to plan and execute projects that deliver to budget, on time and to specification for internal and external customers.
Degree or Certificate qualifications in engineering or materials are essential.
**You will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.**
Excellent Manufacturing skills are required to understand the technical and production requirements of clients.
**Contract Management** is an integral part of the role. You must have a proven ability to understand complex contracts to make sure you are representing the best interests of your employer relative to commencement, variations, change requests and product change notifications.
Excellent Relationship Management skills are required to work with a range of important large clients both in Australia and overseas, plus mange the internal relationships to ensure production targets can be achieved and/or negotiated.
On a personal level you will be self motivated, a decision maker, and overall have an ability to find a good balance between the needs of Production and the Clients.
**Once established the opportunity exists for the Manufacturing Manager to be promoted to the General Manager role.**
