**About the Role**:
As the **Quality Assurance Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality across our production process. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate between production departments and managers.
Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout production.
Conduct inspections, testing, and audits on finished goods and materials.
Manage the calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes.
Work with suppliers to ensure material quality aligns with company standards.

**About You**:
Experience in quality assurance or a similar role within manufacturing (preferably in bathroom fittings, hardware, or related industries).
Strong understanding of quality control systems and processes.
Experience with **calibration** of testing and measuring equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
