**About the Role**:
As the **Quality Assurance Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality across our production process. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between production departments and managers.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout production.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits on finished goods and materials.
- Manage the calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes.
- Work with suppliers to ensure material quality aligns with company standards.

**About You**:

- Experience in quality assurance or a similar role within manufacturing (preferably in bathroom fittings, hardware, or related industries).
- Strong understanding of quality control systems and processes.
- Experience with calibration of testing and measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
