About the Role:

As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality across our production process. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between production departments and managers.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout production.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and audits on finished goods and materials.
  • Manage the calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure material quality aligns with company standards.

About You:

  • Experience in quality assurance or a similar role within manufacturing (preferably in bathroom fittings, hardware, or related industries).
  • Strong understanding of quality control systems and processes.
  • Experience with calibration of testing and measuring equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
