**About the Role**:
Advanta are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the NSW Operations/Production team through an exciting period of growth.

**Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:

- Ultimate responsibility for the performance of the NSW Operations
- Enable growth by setting up to scale up - there is opportunity to double the current output
- Oversee the NSW Production Manager and the team at our Seven Hills facility
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Ensure that all production plans are executed in line with overall company targets
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Drive efficiencies through materials, inventory and process
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Ultimate responsibility for quality controls and production KPIs

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Previous experience and success in an Operations Management role
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in achieving operational excellence
- Strong Leadership ability
