**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional over-the-phone technical support to customers on Fire Alarm Panels and related products, promptly addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Assist in the preparation of quotations for Fire Alarm Panels and related products
- Entering orders into the system
- Making outbound calls to generate new opportunities
- Liase with the sales team to provide product training and technical support
- Conducting competitive analysis to evaluate potential product offerings
- Assemble and/or program Fire Alarm Panels as needed

**The successful applicant**:

- Demonstrated experience in technical and customer facing roles _(fire protection industry highly regarded) _
- Hands-on experience with conventional, addressable, and programmable Fire Alarm Panels.
- Proven expertise in Fire Alarm Panel assembly, programming, and quality control processes.
- Experience working with Honeywell panel products
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiar with relevant Australian standards, codes, and regulations
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or FPAS accreditation desirable
- Full working rights (Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 3 years (preferred)
- Fire alarm: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
