**LEAPster** plays a crucial role in making that happen.

We are looking for a
**Junior**
**Product Adoption Specialist** to join our Product Management team. Our Product Management team finds the problems that need to be solved by developers as well as ensuring all features have easy to follow user guides. Your focus will be creating and editing documentation for internal staff globally on new and existing features for our extensive suite of products.

**In a nutshell, you'll be**:

- Creating and editing online knowledge articles for all LEAP products and relevant regions
- Answering discussion questions from LEAP users
- Training new and existing staff on using the software and demonstrate new features
- Building and maintaining automation workflows using WalkMe on top of LEAP Development products

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Advanced writing and communication skills, including editing and proofreading
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to express complex technical ideas in a simplified way
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements
- Translate highly technical language into a voice for business audiences
- Ability to work across multiple product lines with high attention to detail
- Proactively seek new and innovate ways to produce and share content
- Confident speaker with outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
- Tech savvy with LEAP knowledge
