About the team and role:
Australia is currently the largest market for the LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance product. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as the Product Adoption Specialist at LexisNexis (part of RELX) within our Regulatory Compliance (RC) solution line. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, this position will work closely with our large corporate customers and many of the mid-tier customers who consume the content into their GRC.

The key objectives of this role include:
- Interacts with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.- Is proficient at reviewing and utilizing data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations.- Compares and evaluates various possibilities and makes recommendations for action that consider business implications.- Executes on go to market launch plans as required.- Assist customers with the rollout of any new featuresUnderstands and utilizes the drivers for improving the customer experience.- Leverages tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality based on the development methodology in place.- Participates and contributes to process improvement activities.

To be successful, you’ll bring with you:
- A background in consulting ideally working for a software vendor with database, workflow and reporting solutions.- Demonstrated software implementation and change management experience.- A solid understand of systems and the ability to adapt and learn systems including a thorough understanding of processes, data, and interactions between the two.- Stakeholder management and passion for assisting the customer.- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated business acumen.- Well-rounded problem solving and project management skills.
