Ignite Search is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.

Our client is a market-leading AI company in the legal technology space, recognised globally for its innovation and cutting-edge solutions. They are looking for an articulate and driven Product Specialist to join their Sydney office.

This role will work closely with Sales and Technical teams, providing expertise to both prospective and existing customers, and ensuring a smooth adoption of the platform across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Value trials, guiding prospective clients through live projects and workflows.
• Act as a trusted product expert, understanding customer user cases and providing solutions that align with their needs.
• Assist in converting prospects into long-term customers by delivering an exceptional product experience.
• Design and optimise workflows for live client environments, ensuring a seamless execution of the technology.
• Collaborate with Support and Technical Operations teams to help resolve customer queries and ensure product adoption success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or analytical discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Candidates with experience need to have have SaaS product experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident presenting to a senior audience.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple live projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Right to work in Singapore.
