The Role

As a Technical Adoption Specialist, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technology solutions. You will collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure optimal client engagement and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions that maximise platform utility and client ROI.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Partner with Client Success Managers to deeply understand client objectives and tailor solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyse client requirements, provide technical support, and implement strategic solutions that leverage our technology to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Engage in regular travel for client meetings, contributing to diverse experiences that foster professional growth and development.
