**About the Client**

We are supporting a Global company who design and manufacture skylights and roof windows. With a strong reputation and being featured on one of Australia's favourite shows, they have experienced ongoing growth and are seeking a Product Support Officer to join their team, so if you're an experienced Customer Service professional with a passion for solving problems, please apply

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Officer you will guide and troubleshoot customers through any product issues during installation whilst providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with installers and builders
- Data Entry and Admin
- Provide customers with product information
- Warehouse and logistics support
- Manage a busy inbox

**About You**:

- Proven customer service skills in a similar fast paced environment
- Competent with computers and programs such as Microsoft Suite
- The ability to efficiently, multitask and priorities tasks
- Empathetic and collaborative nature
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset
- A team player
