About the role:

In this role you will provide ITIL-based Tier 1 and 2 technical support and advice across multiple locations, platforms and technologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues of high complexity.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in the support, maintenance and integration of IT and communication systems across a range of technology categories in a in high availability service environments
  • Customer centric with an ability to problem solve and work in dynamic environments
  • Team player

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications or industry experience
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
  • Available to travel to, and work at FRNSW operationally relevant locations across metropolitan and rural NSW including FRNSW E000 Communication Centres
  • Participate in the on-call and after-hours roster to provide IT support, including for the E000 Communications and Strategic Operations Centres, and assist with the field deployment of specialised IT and communications assets during major incidents and natural disasters.
