
Technical Sales Manager

- Up to $100k plus super base salary plus bonuses
Our esteemed client, based in Sydney, is a well-established player in the solar industry, with a strong presence and projects spanning across Australia and New Zealand. Comprising an intimate team, they specialise in designing and distributing Solar Ground Mount systems, catering from residential to utility-scale projects.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by skilled Engineers, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Account Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners.
- **Business Development**: Engage in calls with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate valuable leads.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Engineers to ensure accurate calculation of quotations.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the solar industry (highly desirable).
- Minimum of two years' experience in a technical sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Previous experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
