Administrative Support
Provide administrative support for senior management and the operations team
100% accuracy on all tasks assigned
Complete ad hoc admin tasks on time
Clerical Duties

Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees in a professional manner
Financial Tasks
Accounting tasks - accounts payable, accounts receivable, claiming and reconciliation under the direction of the Management Accountant
Accounts are up to date and correctly completed
Facilities
Maintain facilities, office equipment, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
Facilities and office equipment maintained in good working order.
Positive relationships with vendors maintained and all vendor contracts are current
Communication
Ensure operation of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning
Communicate respectfully and appropriately. Uses language and style of communication appropriate to the situation and audience
Teamwork
Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience
360-degree review
Essential Position Requirements
- Business administration or equivalent qualification
- At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role in an office setting
- Experience working with government funding models and the NDIS
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using Xero or equivalent accounting system
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to multitask and priorities projects
