We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager – Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety strategy and operational delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager HSW, you'll manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Based in Melbourne, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
- Deliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systems
- Oversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagement
- Build leader capability and shape organisational safety culture
- Degree in OHS or equivalent
- 10+ years in senior WHS leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance
- Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
