Our client based in Preston are seek a full-time permanent Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their ever-growing team

Our client is one of the largest suppliers of HVAC & Refrigeration products in Australia. As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with the branch manager and partner with new and existing customers to help them find the best solutions possible. This is a chance to expand your customer service and warehouse experience located in Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time permanent position with a company that values its employees, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to see their people succeed.

The shift times for this role be day shift with flexible start times between 6am and 9.30am.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Processing, picking, and packing of goods for their dispatch to customers;
- Inwards and outwards goods receipting;
- Forklift Driving - Counter-balance
- Internal sales procedures and counter service to their valued customers;
- Inventory Control - Assisting in the management of stock integrity
- General warehousing duties as required and adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

**What will make you successful?**
- Valid LF Forklift License
- Valid Victorian Drivers License
- Ability to build relationships with customers;
- Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure their customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Trade Retail experience and or wholesale sales (preferred).
