**The Company**

Our client is a reputable company within the retail industry who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Melbourne team.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven Customer Service experience with key responsibilities including:

- Manage inbound customer service calls via phone and shared mailbox.
- Delegate tasks to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with 3PL providers (warehouses and transport companies) to ensure quality and timely deliveries of orders in line with customer expectations.
- Investigate claims lodged by customers, approve compensation where applicable.
- Report on reasons and frequency to identify patterns in root cause.

**About You**

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with very strong customer service or administration experience and who is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Having a proven track record in customer service will be an advantage.
