About the Role:

As a
Customer Service Representative
, you'll be the
go-to person
for all inbound customer orders. From processing sales to liaising with the warehouse, your role is all about ensuring
smooth operations and top-notch customer satisfaction
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing
    – Accurately process customer orders using MRP Software.
  • Stock & Dispatch Coordination
    – Validate stock availability and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Customer Service
    – Be the friendly and efficient voice that customers trust Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure orders flow seamlessly.
  • Logistics & Deliveries
    – Oversee dispatch processes and collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee
    on-time, in-full deliveries
    .
  • Problem Solver
    – Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring
    every customer walks away satisfied
    .

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service,
    ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
    .
  • Strong phone and email skills with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised – Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive proficiency are a must
  • Team Player – Thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Ability to
    prioritise, manage time
    , and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
