The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a dual role that combines office-based customer service duties with hands-on support in the warehouse.

You'll be the key point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving queries, and coordinating warehouse activities — all while assisting with daily warehouse tasks including pick/pack, stock handling, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide order updates, delivery information, and resolve issues promptly
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of orders

Warehouse Support

  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Help with goods receiving, putaways, stock checks, and general inventory control
  • Maintain clean and safe workspaces
  • Support general day-to-day warehouse operations as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse roles preferred
  • Minimum 6 months warehouse experience is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience is required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in both office and physical warehouse environments
  • Ability to manage priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems
  • Forklift licence
  • Valid forklift licence required at time of application
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
