Remuneration Business Partner

The role will be pivotal in providing advice on remuneration and benefits policies, programs and practices as well as assisting with the management of the remuneration systems and processes. You will be a valued business partners enabling the delivery of agile people solutions and wellbeing to enable our people to embrace change and become the driving force that delivers sustained commercial outcomes and to optimise our people potential. Key Responsibilities: Research & Analytics - Researching and developing solutions to resolve business issues related to Remuneration and Benefits. - Manipulating data to enable efficient analysis and assist with development of dashboard and reporting. - Building appropriate visuals/models/algorithms to provide insights and solve problems. - Optimising the use of Workday Advanced Compensation at RAC and contributing to the Workday Community to provide practical business solutions. - Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting as required from the business. - Look at opportunities to automate Remuneration and Benefits. Remuneration & Benefits - Managing the annual salary review process in conjunction with the Perform team. - Assisting with developing and implementing new Remuneration and Benefits policies, practices and programs to meet RAC needs. - Assist with internal and external audits related to Remuneration and Benefits and any governance requirements where appropriate (CPS511 and FAR). - Cross-skilling and sharing knowledge where appropriate to build overall capability within the People & Capability division. - Delivery of Remuneration and Benefits training to leaders. - Simplifying people and business process and systems to support RAC strategy and culture. - Driving efficiencies and contribute to the longer-term people strategy. - Defining business problems and scope solutions in partnership with Strategic People Managers and People Experience teams. Relationship management - Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders. - Providing clear communication around progress, challenges and deliverables. - Presenting results of analysis and gaining buy-in/acceptance. What you’ll bring: - Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline in a Business, Human Resources or Statistical field is mandatory. - Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources and/or analytics role. - Demonstrated knowledge of People/ Human Resources function, processes, data and metrics. - Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with analytics tools. (e.g. Advanced Excel, Power BI etc.) - Demonstrated experience solving business problems with analytics. - Experience with Workday is desirable.
