About the role
Lifeblood is on a journey to unlock the full potential of our current and future talent, and the Workforce Design & Remuneration Partner will support by capturing the skills and capabilities that define roles today and, in our future, ensuring alignment to Lifeblood’s strategy, as well as supporting all aspects of remuneration advice.
The Workforce Design & Remuneration Partner will manage our job architecture, job evaluation, and remuneration practices including the annual remuneration review. A pivotal role in the provision of advice relating to talent acquisition, career pathway development internal mobility and succession planning, this role will be a trusted advisor to People & Culture peers and business leaders.

Experience in workforce framework development, role design and career pathway development
Qualifications in job evaluation methodologies and processes (experience using the Korn Ferry Talent and Pay Hubs will be beneficial)
Experience in providing advice on enterprise-wide and role specific remuneration solutions
This role can be made available on a full time or part time arrangement and location is fully flexible with remote work from home and/or hybrid working.
