**Remuneration and Benefits Manager**

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for reviewing our client's current benefits offerings and lead their business wide remuneration practices with a view to assessing best practice and advance these processes to ensure alignment with the strategic business goals.

You will bring with you extensive human resources experience across at least 5-10 years with a strong focus or specialisation in the remuneration and benefits space, preferably in a large organisation.

Along with developing, improving and implementing remuneration and benefits strategies in alignment with the company's HR strategy and the Group Rem & Ben Strategy, you will also be;
- Providing advice and support to staff and management on remuneration strategy and processes including job evaluation, to improve the integrity of remuneration activities
- Develop and manage rem & ben budgets
- Provide support and guidance to the payroll team
- Provide high level oversight in relation to HRIS systems, data and analytical reporting
- Manage annual remuneration programs such as remuneration review, incentive plan and employee share plan

In addition to your extensive HR experience you'll bring the following;
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation including Fair Work, withholding tax, payroll tax, Privacy Act etc and Award interpretation
- Experience with Hay job evaluation and remuneration methodology
- Experience delivering process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in management reporting and data insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
