**HR Business Partner**

Reporting to the Executive Manager of HR, and leading a small team this role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business. Partnering with senior stakeholders, this role is has a broad remit and with your collaborative and hands on approach you will help drive high performance and effective outcomes across the business.

Key responsibilities cover:

- Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters, programs and projects
- Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company (ie, talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc)
- Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
- Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise agreements, awards and employment related legislation.
- Highly experienced in providing high quality advice and guidance to management on complex and sensitive people related matters.
- High level of knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues including performance management, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, process improvement and change management.
- Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong planning and organisational skills - prioritising work, deal with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
