**The Company**
Our client is a leading supplier of telecommunication products servicing major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utility clients across Australia and New Zealand.

**The Role**
As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for providing data analysis and delivering key insights that link financial data to business strategies and action which support the business growth plan.

**Key Duties**
This role will be a mixture of the following:

- Shared services accounting, management reporting, business performance and KPI reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting across assigned business units
- Business partnering with internal operational stakeholders
- Financial planning and management
- Strategic planning and analysis
- Divisional targets and KPI's

**About You**
As an ideal applicant, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a small team
- Able to provide analysis and insight on business opportunities
- Able to provide options and scenarios for both tactical and strategic business decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong influencing skills
