THE ROLE

This HR Business Partner role supports the Food & Health business, one of the organisation's key growth divisions. You'll partner with a workforce of around 2,000 employees, including both salaried and operational staff. The role blends day-to-day HR partnering with strategic projects, providing opportunities to shape the function, coach leaders, and influence cultural change. Based West of Melbourne CBD, you'll work closely with the broader People & Culture community and have support from the People Delivery team and IR Manager.

Key Priorities

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business
  • Lead core HR activities including ER/IR, remuneration, performance, and capability development
  • Support transformation and embed cultural and behavioural change
  • Balance operational delivery with strategic initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with the IR Manager and TA team on workforce planning, EA negotiations, and engagement initiatives

THE CANDIDATE
